The process begins with the preparation of the paper. First, the paper is soaked in water overnight. This soaking process softens the paper fibers, making them easier to work with. The next day, soaked paper is transformed into pulp. This can be done by grinding the paper or beating it with a wooden hammer until it reaches a fine, mushy consistency.

Once pulp is ready, it's time to add some special ingredients to enhance the texture and strength of our creation. Specifically, khadiya mitti powder is mixed well with the pulp to make a dough. This natural clay not only adds a unique quality to the dough but also helps bind the materials together.

After mixing in the khadiya mitti powder, the next step is to add gum arabica solution. This natural adhesive is essential for providing additional strength to the dough. It helps to ensure that the final product is durable and can withstand the test of time. The gum arabica is mixed thoroughly until we achieve a fine soft dough that is ready for shaping.
