Refund policy

As our products are made-to-order or produced in limited batches, we do not offer refunds. We do, however, accommodate exchanges for alternative products or store credit, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Exchange Request: All exchange requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase.

  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.

  3. Artisanal Nature: Please note that slight variations in colour and shape are inherent characteristics of the handcrafting process and are not considered product defects.
