3. On Care & Cleaning: What is the proper way to clean my product? Clean only with a soft, dry cloth. For occasional light cleaning, you may use a cloth lightly dampened with water, then immediately and thoroughly air-dry. Never submerge the product or use abrasive or chemical cleaners.
4. On Materials: Are the paints and finishes safe? Absolutely. We use only non-toxic, high-quality lacquers and sealants. Every piece is safe for contact with household items and is created for use in your living space.

13. On Lead Times: How long does it take to create and ship an order? As each piece is made to order, please allow 5-7 business days for crafting before your order is dispatched. You will receive a tracking notification once it is on its way.
14. On Returns & Exchanges: What is your policy on returns? Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
