About Our Material
The soul of our art is found in its elements. That’s why our papier-mâché products are made from a simple, honest mix of recycled paper pulp, white clay, and gum arabica, brought together with water. We finish every piece with non-toxic paints and lacquer, creating art you can feel good about welcoming into your space.
About Shipping Policy
1] We ship your purchase within seven working days.
2] Delivery takes 3-5 working days within India and 8-14 days abroad.
3] Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
4] Shipping is free within India, and international shipping will be calculated at the checkout page.
5] MRP includes GST, but tariffs and import duties are to be borne by the customer.
About Exchanges
As our products are made-to-order or produced in limited batches, we do not offer refunds. We do, however, accommodate exchanges for alternative products or store credit, subject to the following conditions:
1] All exchange requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase.
2] Customers are responsible for the costs associated with return shipping.
3] Please note that slight variations in colour and shape are inherent characteristics of the handcrafting process and are not considered product defects.
About Care
1] Display Papier Mache products away from direct, prolonged sunlight to prevent material degradation.
2] Dust regularly using a soft, dry cloth. This is the sole recommended method for cleaning.
3] Avoid all contact with water, solvents, or aggressive cleaning agents, as these will compromise the finish and integrity of the product.
4] Do not use as a container for live flowers, water, or any other items that introduce moisture.

We handle both bulk and custom orders, making sure they match your needs for product type, design, or color. Here’s how it works:
1] Submit your request in writing to initiate the consultation process.
2] We’ll get in touch with you soon to talk about your ideas, requirements, and pricing.
3] We confirm and schedule your custom order once we receive your advance payment.
4] Because these orders are made just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on custom or bulk items.
Papier Mache Product Restoration
We’re proud of our craftsmanship and want your papier-mâché piece to last. If it ever fades or chips, we can restore it for a small fee. Just reach out to arrange a repair.
